Avoid drinking 30 minutes before and 2 to 3 hours after eating.
Avoid combining protein foods with starchy foods, avocados, olives, pollen & supplements.
Avoid combining starchy foods with avocados, olives, nuts & seeds, pollen & supplements.
Eat vegetables with either avocados or nuts & seeds or starchy foods.
It’s best to eat only one type of fat in a meal, so if you are eating avocados, don’t have nuts & seeds & don’t have olives.
Avoid tomato because it is a fruit & does not combine well with vegetables, starchy foods, protein foods & fat foods.
It’s ideal to combine as few ingredients as possible in one meal.
